As Vice President of Development for the Buccini/Pollin Group, Bomani leads the Pittsburgh Office in coordination with the Wilmington based headquarters for the build out of 28 acres with development program that includes:
• 470,000 sf, 26 stories - commercial office building (complete)
• 4,500 person music venue (in progress)
• 900+ space parking garage
• 3.4 acres of open park space (in progress)
• 1,100 units of mixed income housing
