Bomani M. Howze, MBA President & CEO

Bomani Howze is the founder, President, and CEO of OLMEC Development Company. He has spent two decades in Pittsburgh real estate development, with continuous involvement in the Lower Hill District redevelopment since its earliest planning stages.

Bomani began his real estate career as an intern at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in 2004, where he co-drafted the Community Collaboration and Implementation Plan (CCIP) — the foundational document that has guided two decades of Lower Hill redevelopment.

He went on to help assemble the development team that won the original Lower Hill housing RFP for 250 units, an award that was increased to 500 units.

As Vice President of Development for the FNB Financial Center, Bomani led delivery of the Lower Hill's $300M, 470,000 sq ft anchor commercial tower, working alongside the Pittsburgh Penguins, Fenway Sports Group, First National Bank, Clay Cove Capital, and the Buccini/Pollin Group.
