The Lower Hill Development Team is a collaborative partnership dedicated to revitalizing Pittsburgh's historic Lower Hill District. Our team brought together: the Pittsburgh Penguins, Fenway Sports Group, First National Bank, Clay Cove Capital, the Buccini/Pollin Group, and OLMEC Development Company. Together we delivered the FNB Financial Center, the first catalytic project that honored the neighborhood’s rich cultural legacy while creating new opportunities for growth and prosperity.
